About
Working in the areas of communications, new media, and visual literacy. I teach production, internet studies, and visual culture. I am currently researching visual literacy in SNS, and am also interested in mobile telecommunication and digital nomadism. I am the founding convener of the Internet Research Group of Otago (irgo.otago.ac.nz). I supervise theses in the general area of internet studies and social communication.
